Mel Feller
Synergy's senior coach, Mel Feller leads our outstanding coaching team.

Mel got started in the business world at an early age. Literally he was a small business person, mowing lawns in the summer and shoveling snow covered driveways in the winter. However, his real understanding of business began at age 16. It was his parents which caused him to recognize that "Multiple Secrets to Success" was the way to truly become successful. He started his business life by investing in real estate; he was taught that every person who had real wealth had real estate as a core wealth foundation. Real estate was involved whether that person lived in a home, had their own business or wanted a source of additional income; it was the way to go in order to create real wealth.
At age 18, he graduated from high school and took college courses needed in order to become a real estate agent and a business owner. After 19 months as a real estate agent he became a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer. He quickly learned that by using real-estate as a business and by owning real-estate, he was quickly accomplishing his "Multiple Streams of Income" goals.
During his real estate business and investing career, he returned to college where he obtained a degree in political science, legal studies and accounting. While becoming successful as a real estate investor, he used his financial freedom and his love of politics to go to work for a United States Senator. He also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Accounting and Legal Studies and 2 Master Degrees, one in Public Administration and a second in Human Resources with an emphasis in adult training and education.
In addition to his real estate ventures he owns three other companies. Coaching for Success, which is an international coaching education and training corporation, specializing in multiple categories such as: personal development, leadership development, time management, stocks, foreign currency, real estate investing, real estate sales techniques and technology, purchasing and investing of notes, factoring, home based businesses, business plan development, grant and proposal funding and research, asset protection strategies, judgment recovery, sales, web site design, internet sales and marketing, and relationship training. He has worked with several thousand clients over the last 15 plus years. Mel Feller Financial Services Group, a corporation which provides stock, real estate, financial planning, mortgages and assets protection as well as internet information sales and auction strategies and programs. Within this corporation there are several individual corporate divisions. One such division offers consultant services to small and large businesses; another division operates the retail divisions of the corporation. The mission statement for them is "Connecting People to Profits"™ using "Multiple Secrets to Success". Lastly, he owns Feller Land and Cattle. It is a Texas Corporation which is structured for the acquisition of both residential and commercial properties as well as the acquisition of agricultural land and cattle in Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
Mel has been coaching for over 15 plus years for National Educators in multiple business subjects and personal development areas. Mel has written 2 books on the topic of Real Estate, Creative Real-Estate Financing and Real Fortunes in Real Estate, as well as a book on Government Grants and Business Funding Sources. He has been conducting seminars in both the US and Canada for several years now. He has shared the stage with U.S. Presidents Regan, Bush and Clinton, U.S. Senators Jake Garn, Ted Kennedy, Robert Byrd, Orrin Hatch, John Glenn and Bob Dole. Hollywood stars such as Martin Sheen, Ben Johnson, John Agar, Royal Dano and Harry Cary Jr., and business greats such as Zig Ziglar, Robert Kiyosaki, Charles Givens, Tom Hopkins, Stephen Covey, Adam Ginsberg and Susie Orman. Mel also hosts his own radio show in Texas called "Multiple Secrets to Success" that focuses on both personal and professional tools in order to excel in life and business.
Mel is an avid reader and loves the outdoors; especially close to his heart is fly fishing in the clear cold streams of Utah. However, nothing can ever take the place of playing with his two grandchildren Rachael and Austin Raymond.
Mel and his wife, Tina, currently live in "The Great State of Texas".
Here are a few of the success stories Mel and his team have received from Mel's clients:

I wanted to share good news with you and Mel that we have received our first grant, which will pay the tuition required for our daughter. We have been struggling financially and were not sure how we were going to pay the tuition. Through your program, we were encouraged to search for funding that would help pay this expense for the upcoming school year. We began by looking at the state level and learned that the Colorado Preschool Program was utilized by our local school district. The application consisted of an interview with Sherri, Heather, and me and was easier than we imagined.
Thank you for your encouragement and support. We have many other ideas in the works for utilizing grant funding and are confident that with your support we will continue to be successful and have more stories to share.
Best Regards,
Alex

I submit my application and I received my grant letter stating that they would pay my school fees. I am glad that I got to apply the system and accomplish what I wanted to do. Now I am attending school.
Thanks Mel!

I would like to personally thank you for the education you offer in your grant program. I was hesitant (like most) to invest in another real estate program. Within 2 months, I purchased a new home and received a Nehemiah down payment assistance grant! Boy was I excited – I am now determined to pursue other government grant opportunities. I certainly won’t let this one be my last! Thanks to Mel and team for your education and support.

I followed the steps outlined in the Grant system that I purchased and was successful in obtaining an EcoEnergy Retrofit grant. I am so excited since it is the first time I have received free money from the government. Thanks to Mel and his team.

Let me begin by stating how excited I am to have participated in this program. The truth is the more practice you have writing grants, the greater your chances at obtaining one, or two, or more J. I was lucky enough to obtain 2 different grants, UCR-Graduate Research Mentorship Program (which cover the school fees for my 2010 Winter and Spring quarters, in addition to a stipend) and UC-Cuba Mini-Grant (which allots money towards my research in Cuba). Moreover, I received honorable mention for the Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowship - 2008 Pre-Doctoral Competition.
As a PhD graduate student, with a very interdisciplinary field of Critical Dance Studies, it often gets challenging searching for, let alone qualifying for, grants to support my research endeavors. However, with the support of this grant program, I have found many lucrative ways to support part, and at times all, of my educational and research needs and desires. With that said, I would like to thank my grant coach Jay Griffin for his support in pointing me in the right direction! It is truly a Godsend to have someone assisting you with searching for, applying to, and winning grant money. It can be a rather stressful process, but Jay complemented your grant program and really helped me to utilize the tools you have presented in this program to there maximum potential.
The fact that I have two-thirds of my grad-school costs and fees covered is more than a blessing. With the support and teachings I have received through your grant program, I can confidently say I am in good hands and looking forward to future “Free Money” opportunities!
Sincerely yours,
Adanna

Mel Feller's courses gave us the tools we needed to research and find many grants that are available to us. Our first grant we were able to convert our apartment building to be energy efficient! We have several other applications in for more grants.
Thank you very much! Sincerely,
Fatma
