Senior Coaches
Synergy Pro Consulting's senior coaches, Mel Feller and Mary Wilson-Burkett, lead our outstanding coaching team. Together, Mel and Mary have more than 30 years of professional coaching and mentoring experience.

Mel Feller is one of the most successful and sought-after real estate investors and coaches in America today. He has personally bought and sold and helped some of his students buy and sell hundreds of investment units worth millions of dollars, creating a fortune for himself and his students along the way. As a funding coach, Mel has helped some of his students acquire more than $1.1 million in funding over the last couple of years.

Mary Wilson-Burkett used government funding through Pell grants and loans to put herself through college as a single mother in the 1980s. She then relied on her business savvy and entrepreneurial spirit to repay her loans within five years of graduation. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Utah. She has had 11 years as a Personal and Business Development coach, starting with Franklin Covey.

Maureen Klein leads the Synergy's Grant Advisory Board.

Rebecca Grimaud has been a professional grant writer for more than 18 years. She has personally secured more than 45 million dollars in funding as a grant writer. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Social Services Administration from the University of Texas. She is a Trainer and Professional Grant Coach. She is a director and grant writer for several nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She has secured more $45 million in funding as grant writer since 1987

Maureen Klein has helped acquire nearly a quarter of million dollars in federal, corporate and foundation grants in the last 5 years for her clients. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is currently a full-time director and grant writer for a community based nonprofit organization in Wichita Falls, Texas.


Our Coaching Team
At Synergy Pro Consulting, our coaches are trained under the tutelage of Mel, Mary and the members of our Advisory Board. The background of our team of coaches includes entrepreneurs, business leaders, professional fundraisers, teachers, writers, executives, technologists and more. During their training Synergy Pro Consulting, coaches specialize in a number of areas, including business applications, documentation, business administration, franchising, market analysis, management, contractual agreements and more. Coaches in training complete an advanced practicum in which they must demonstrate their knowledge of these core areas.

While each coach brings a different approach to the table, they draw on one anothers' successes and experiences in helping people find funding and develop a sound real estate investment strategies.
