"Synergy and Mel Feller Makes Real Estate Work!!!

We all know it is the teacher that makes the class. Have Mel Feller coach you. I say this because I am an experienced investor and have access to money and I know a lot about high end investing. By this I mean commercial buildings, but Mel taught me the real high return area and that consists of NNN commercial property with investment grade tenants. He taught me how to put together a very nice portfolio of Home Depots, Grade A Office Space which can or are rented to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, Drug Stores, etc. As he explained and showed me through the use of formulas there would be little risk to me and at the same time I would have a nice return with few headaches.

He also taught me with a little more work, how I could jump into the multi family housing market and go into developing 200-300 unit apartment complexes. He also taught me how to analyze if the market was becoming saturated. And how by using the HUD 221 program, I could probably borrow upwards of $50-70M to build and/or develop moderate income apartment complexes. At $60K unit that is a lot of apartments -- but that is a lot of work and more risky in today's housing market. He has a wealth of knowledge and really adds a lot to Robert's program!!
